My give-away will be one of my products that I am testing as part of my new work-at-home-mom venture. Now, I don’t have any kids yet, but I figured why wait until I have a baby to get started on my venture? So I’m starting now & hope to have a steady little flow of business by the time I do have a baby.

YUCK. I hate cleaning. Sometimes if I am PMSy or in a wierd mood it relaxes me, but mostly I hate it.
So far today I have:
vacuumed the ENTIRE house (office, my room, hall, living room, and then living room again)
mopped the kitchen
scrubbed the laundry room & cleared off the washer & dryer
put away laundry
taken out the trash (a couple times)
emptied & loaded the dishwasher
made home-made popcorn & watched 10 Years Younger
cleaned the entire kitchen
started dinner (spaghetti)
I’m pooped.

How walkable is your neighborhood? Nadine at In Blue Ink posted this link, which she got from another pal, to check the relative ease of living without a car in your neighborhood. You just plug in your address – or any other – and off it goes! Check it out here.
Our neighborhood scored a 20. What does it mean? 0 – 25 = Driving Only: Virtually no neighborhood destinations within walking range. You can walk from your house to your car!
So, we still need our cars, and for sure we do. It goes off the Google business listings, so I’m sure it’s incomplete, but for our area there just aren’t a lot of places it’s comfortable to walk to – but it also depends on your climate and fitness level, I would say.
